FIVE NOTE ASCENDING SCALE
In this exercise, choose a 'hum' or a forward vowel like 'E', keeping the sound in a forward placement.

YAH - HA s (5 note scale)
Keeping one hand on your core, make sure to engage the core muscles to achieve a 'lift' in the sound.

3-5-8 (on 'you')
In one breath and keeping the notes connected, you will sing the three note scale, to the five note and then the 8 note on 'you'. Optimal (forward) placement and conservation of breath is the goal.
